International cooking exam

Exam this time was so relaxing(nobody fighting for stoves, pot and pans).
oni 5 of us in connexions. and moreover Mr. Hamir was our invigilator, u kno... hehehe
teammate was Willy.

Our theme was
1 Taiwanese starter,
1 Chinese starter
and 1 Japanese main course

we made ba wan 肉圓 for Taiwanese starter
















lotus root soup for Chinese starter















salmon teriyaki for main course














served with maki-zushi topped with mayonnaise
